This manual, Navy Personnel Command (NAVPERSCOM) Administrative Manual (ADMINMAN) M-5000.1, is issued to provide direction and guidance and contains policy, rules, and practices for the administration of military and civilian personnel assigned to Bureau of Naval Personnel Millington (BUPERS Millington) and NAVPERSCOM.  Changes shall be effective upon the date specified on individual articles published on the NAVPERSCOM web site.
