The vision of the Integrated Personnel and Pay Solution - Navy (IPPS-N) to better coordinate business processes and organizational relationships with the support of appropriate information technology tools for the military (Active and Reserve) component of the Navy's Total Force. Provide a common understanding of the future functionality and capabilities, requirements and acquisition officials, and system developers. The Navy's current military personnel and pay systems face many challenges. These include a lack of integrated business processes, tools, at-sea bandwidth, and an HR system that effeciently and effectively manages, supports, pays, and accounts for the total Navy military force.
