The four branches within the Human Resources Division are:

PERS-511 Civilian Pay and Services Branch
A few of the services that this branch provides include performance/awards management oversight, transition and relocation assistance, timekeeping and payroll, and administer leave program.

PERS-512 Manpower Services Branch
We are responsible for developing manpower requirements, performing position management reviews and position classification, and developing manning/staffing plans, just to name a few.

PERS-513 Human Resources Services Branch
The bulk of the customer visits and calls within this division are to this branch. We are responsible for administering and performing personnel actions, providing labor relations liaison services, and performing staff/manning services. We work very closely with the Human Resource Services Center Southeast Stennis in all of our hiring actions and personnel related issues.

PERS-514 Military Support Services Branch
This office should be the first step for military personnel PCSing in and out of the command. Some of the major functions of this office including processing leave requests and requests for personnel actions (e.g., statement of services/service record entries/retirement), ensuring accuracy of command muster reports, and LIMDU coordinator.

PERS-515 Workforce Development and Training Branch
Our mission is to train people to achieve results.  We provide training in support of our commands strategic initiatives. Our job is to ensure our workforce is prepared to meet their daily mission requirements by providing mandatory training and opportunities for professional growth. We manage the commands training funds, allocate training spaces and resources, coordinate training events, provide experienced instructors and do just in time curriculum development.  We measure our training effectiveness through the use of the Kirkpatrick Model to measure reaction, learning, behavior, and results.  Check out our site for training schedules and a lot more.
