The PERSNET Help Desk is staffed from 0600 - 1700 Monday - Friday. To contact please call 901-874-4717 or DSN 882-4717.

To report "non-critical" problems after hours or on weekends contact the above number and leave a voice mail. To report a "critical" problem requiring immediate attention, contact the PERSNET Message Center, 901-874-6958 or DSN 882-6958. The message center is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The message center, after receiving a call, will notify the appropriate point of contact.
