The Navy Total Force Policy and Procedures Portal (NP3) is a key Navy Total Force (NTF) information tool providing users with the most up-to-date information concerning Navy Manpower Policy & Procedures to include the supporting NTF manpower documentation that has been approved and distributed by various sources. The portal was established as a way to provide a more open means of communication to manpower customers at all levels. To request to be added as a member, please establish a Google account using your .mil email address. Then visit the Portal and request to be added as a member and once approved by the site manager, you will receive an email confirming your membership and you are ready to sign-in.
