TMMCA Pick List Update

1. Click here  to download  the current PICKLIST file for TMMCA.
2. Use WinZip (or compatible software) to extract the 1 table file.
3. Start TMMCA.  You must have exclusive use of the database.
4. Choose the following menu options: Maintenance/Picklist Maintenance.
5. Type in the password.
6. Click on the General tab
7. Select the IMAP table by checking the box in front of IMAP.
8. Type in the full path name including the filename of IMAP.TXT or use the browse directory button to locate the file.
9. Select the MSGF table by checking the box in from of MSGF.
10. Type in the full path name including the filename of MSGF.TXT or use the browse directory button to locate the file.

11. Select the SSRC table by checking the box in from of SSRC.

12. Type in the full path name including the filename of SSRC.TXT or use the browse directory button to locate the file.
13. Click on the Skill Data tab
14. Select the GRADE table by checking the box in front of GRADE.
15. Type in the full path name including the filename of GRADE.TXT or use the browse directory button to locate the file.
