The Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP) is mandated by Federal Regulations to give short term non-medical problem solving to civilian employees on personal issues that may be affecting their employment.

Chief of Naval Personnel/Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) has a contract with Federal Occupational Health (FOH) to provide Civilian Employee Assistance Program services BUPERS-wide.  The contract was effective 22 April 2013.

FOH' toll-free number for employee assistance is 800-222-0364 or 888-262-7348 (TTY).  FOH provides resources on their website (to include cvidoes) to familiarize employees and supervisors with EAP services.  In addition, FOH has a multitude of resources for personnel including articles on health and wellness, work-life issues, etc. at www.FOH4you.com. 

When contacting the CEAP, please use Chief of Naval Personnel/Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) to identify your agency/workplace Attached is information to be shared with ALL employees of BUPERS.  All supervisors are required to be aware of this information so they are able to refer employees who need assistance.
