Technology continues to outpace how we present and share information.  With that in mind we elected to use a new approach to It's Your Career with this edition.  With the success of It's Your Record we found that we are better able to keep our message to mentors and mentees current using playbooks rather than our traditional career guide.  With this approach It's Your Career becomes a more strategic, overarching discussion of how to succeed.  The playbooks are fundamental to this new approach with specific programs and details that each officer, both mentor and mentees, must be familiar with to succeed.  The playbooks provide detailed guidance on specific aspects of career management essential for every Supply Corps Officer.  They include:
