CEC Grad School Handbook
This is your comprehensive guide to planning and executing the fully-funded post graduate education program. If you are close to being in zone for promotion to LCDR or have been notified that you will receive orders to grad school, please download and read this document in its entirety. The handbook includes a list of approved schools and pre-approved curricula as well as administrative requirements for participating in this program.

Naval Post Graduate School (NPS) in Monterey, CA is the Navy's program manager for the Civilian Institution Progam. Please refer to the above website for detailed instructions on funding, administration and management of your education
Education Plan Template Download the Education Plan form provided above. Fill in the form completely and email it to PERS-4413J for approval. (Signature of member and advisor is required!) Once approved by 4413, your plan will be forwarded to NPS for action.
You must submit an initial EP immediately upon checking in to grad school and any time you make changes to your degree completion plan. Invoices from the University will not be paid unless there is an approved EP on file.
