Billets

The IP Billet List is located in the NKO web page under the IP Detailers Corners tab, on the IP Officers page.  This list is updated and posted bimonthly.  Billets that have been negotiated or are under negotiation at the time of posting have been annotated to avoid confusion for officers looking for future assignments.  Milestone billets at the O4, O5, and O6 level, along with JDAL (joint) assignments, have been listed on separate pages in the workbook.  The link to the right will take you to the most current billet list.  Please contact your detailer with any questions or concerns.

The links on the right contain information to assist in your career planning. The career path link contains the typical career path for IP officers.  The IP Community Career and Admin Processes Guide is intended to assist IP Officers and their Reporting Seniors in career planning and counseling.

Global War on Terrorism Support Assignment (GSA)
The GSA Billet List is located in the NKO web page under the IP Detailers Corners tab, on the IP Officers page.  The IP Community is down to only a handful of opportunities left, as nearly all of the slots have shifted to the Reserves to fill, and the likelihood is that they will shift over as well.  The few that are left are all at the junior to midgrade officer level.  If you wish to fill one of them, contact your detailer ASAP to check on availability.
