FY13 Information Dominance Corps
Active Duty (MPN) Reserve Recall Guidance
Active Duty Indefinite/Definite Reserve Recall is severely limited this FY due to reductions in Active Component (AC) endstrength. The next IDC Indefinite/Definite Reserve Recall Professional Review will be held in November 2012. We anticipate a single 1835 Indefinite Reserve Recall quota focused at O3 with less than 6 years of commissioned service. Definite Reserve Recall quotas may be promulgated once a signed AD Accession Plan is received.
IDC Reserve officers may apply for Indefinite/Definite Reserve Recall by submitting a letter with supporting documentation and endorsements per Active Duty (MPN) Reserve Recall application guidance and procedures – click on the link to the right.
Indefinite/ Definite Reserve Recall program management responsibility has been realigned to PERS-92. Applications are required to be submitted to Commander, Navy Personnel Command (PERS-921) vice Bureau of Naval Personnel THREE (BUPERS-3). All IDC Reserve Recall applications must be submitted via (1) Commanding Officer, Navy Reserve Unit and (2) Officer-in-Charge (IDC Region) for endorsement.
Applications should be sent to Ms. Sherrill in PERS-921:
