Officer Community Manager Reserve Branch

The BUPERS 3 Officer Community Manager Reserve Branch is responsible for the community management of 26 Selected Reserve Communities and eight Full Time Support communities. This responsibility extends to issues that are Reserve and FTS-wide, (not community specific) as well as being a source for general information about Ready and Selected Reserve and FTS officer communities. 

RESERVE BRANCH – manages the following communities:
Full Time Support (FTS)
Selected Reservists (SELRES) - includes Merchant Marines and Fleet Support

The Enlisted Community Management Division, BUPERS-32, manages all community requirements for all active component and reserve component (including Full-Time Support (FTS)) enlisted communities.  All Navy enlisted ratings are represented within this branch. Both of these branches falls under the Military Community Management Department, BUPERS-3, which was stood up on 01 October 2007 to provide consolidated, strategic manpower management for the Navy.
