FAQs:
(If you have a question and would like an answer, email your
Detailer.  Answers to frequently asked questions will be
    posted here.)

  • Who determines billet priorities and jobs advertised on CMS?

PERS-4013 is overall responsible with advertising the priority jobs on CMS with input from the manning control authorities and Fleet Forces Command.

  • Why do the FTS Detailers do not travel as much compared to previous years?

Detailer travel is affected as much by funding as everything thing the Navy performs.  In response to increased stewardship of our limited financial resources, Detailer travel has been limited.  If your command desires a Detailer site visit, contact PERS-4012 Branch Head or your respective Detailer for procedures.
