Welcome to the homepage of the Supply Enlisted Ratings Community Manager. My staff and I work for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Manpower & Personnel), and with the Supply detailers in managing the Navy's inventory of Sailors in Supply Ratings...a principal source of readiness for U.S. Naval Forces. We also work for the Chief of Supply Corps as the Enlisted Plan Division for the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)...providing planning and strategic oversight supporting their role as the Ratings Advisor. At the bottom of this page you will see a listing of various community management functions we perform.
Most importantly, though, we work for you…the 17,500 Sailors in 5 ratings providing "Core Services" to the Warfighter and other intricate components within the Fleet. We are here to plan and shape your ratings to develop a career path conducive to your professional development as well as one that can support worldwide Navy requirements. We're also here to provide you career information and guidance to help you along in your Naval Career.
