All Extension and Reenlistment request must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the member's EAOS/SEAOS/TRF date/C-WAY expiration.  SHORT FUSE REQUEST MAY NOT BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER **


The following contract actions require prior approval from PERS-811.

All PII must be removed from each request prior to submission.  NO SSN

-Conditional reenlistment
-Early reenlistment
-OBLISERV to Train (OTT)
-Extension of an overmanned rating
-Exception to Policy (ETP)
-Extension cancellation (as applicable)
-Retain In Service due to medical/LIMDU
-PG13 in lieu of OBLISERV (as applicable)

As of 1 August 2015 PERS-811 will not be posting a status report for Extension/Reenlistments/Retain In Service request.  PERS-811 is currently working on an alternative to assist in ensuring that Sailors/their command/PSD can receive the status of their request.  Your patience is appreciated.
