Augmentation Management Division (PERS-46)

PERS-46 is the Navy’s order issuing authority for all declared contingency operations (full or partial mobilization and Presidential Reserve Call Up (PRC)).  PERS-46 issues deployment and re-deployment orders for AC personnel identified to fill individual augmentation contingency manpower requirements via Overseas Contingency Operations Support Assignment (OSA), Individual Augmentation Manpower Management (IAMM) and Global Support Assignment (GSA).  PERS-46 also issues mobilization and demobilization orders for RC personnel identified to fill individual augmentation assignment (RC Mob) as well as RC personnel mobilized as part of an established commissioned unit.

PERS-46 also manages the Active Duty for Special Work (ADSW) program, promulgates policy and processing guidelines for the Navy Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS) operations and provides functional and technical program management of the Navy Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS).

PERS-46 promulgates policy and processing guidelines for the Navy Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS) and is responsible for revisions to the Expeditionary Screening Checklist (NAVPERS 1300/22) and the Medical Suitability Certification form (NAVPERS 1300/21).  PERS-46 also liaisons with the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) for revisions to the Expeditionary Medical and Dental Screening form (NAVMED 1300/4) and other theater specific medical screening forms.

This website provides information, resources and useful links for both AC and RC personnel in receipt of deployment orders and information pertaining to ADSW requests and orders.

The PERS-461 RC / PERS-463 AC augmentation branches are in the process of updating operational names on
current and recently returned mobilization and GSA/IA/OSA orders.  Sailors may receive modified orders in BOL pertaining to this modification.  No other aspect of the orders have changed.  Sailors should keep a copy of the modified order with the original and any other modification orders they have received.  The estimated date of completion is early December.  For any questions, please contact LCDR Deborah KelleyDuke at deborah.kelleyduke@navy.mil.
