Line and Staff officers are screened and the list is sent up the same approval chain as board results would be. FTS are also considered for promotion by the same process. Eligible LT(jg) reservists serving on active duty on mobilization orders, ADSW, limited RPN recalls, or extended ADT orders will be screened.
