• Individual candidates can verify their own eligibility status through at https://wwwa.nko.navy.mil/portal/careermanagement/navyadvancementcenter,  your profile sheet will contain your current status.

If you have questions about your eligibility, contact your ESO. If your status states "BUPERS Invalid", your command ESO or CCC will need to contact PERS-802 to verify the reason for the invalidation (Retirement/Fleet Reserve request, HYT prior to cut of, etc).

NAVADMIN 387/11 provides the procedures for commands to validate eligible E8 and E9 SELRES and FTS candidates, and how to add and remove candidates as appropriate.
