FY-14 CPO Selection Board Application for participation as Member/Recorder.

 

**Route the application via your chain of command, and scanned completed copy of this form to your FLTCM and/or FORCM for review, endorsement, and submission to PERS 815.**

 

If you have questions about your eligibility, contact your ESO. If your status states "BUPERS Invalid" or do not have a profile sheet, the candidate, your command ESO or CCC will need to contact PERS-802 to verify the reason for the invalidation.

Procedures for commands to validate eligible E7 candidates, and how to add and remove candidates as appropriate can be found in NAVADMIN 308/12 (SELRES and Mobilized) and NAVADMIN 294/12 (FTS). 

Selection board eligibility policies for personnel in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa has changed.  Commands must take action to validate as selection board eligible for the in-theater waiver.  Candidates can verify that they have been validated by viewing their profile sheet.  Please review NAVADMIN 336/07

**NEW** Letter to the board submitted to the Reserve E7 Board by the candidate must now be postmarked no later than 25 April 2011.  This applies to both boards #335 (SELRES) and #336 (FTS).
