If you must email a board package (i.e.; deployed, stationed OCONUS) you can send it to the CSCSELBOARD@navy.mil email address.  To ensure more efficient processing and for internal tracking purposes we ask that you place "Board Package: Board No.XXX" (XXX represents the actual board number) in the subject line of your email.
