Hello, Vipers and Families! I would like to introduce myself. I am your ombudsman for HSL-48.
I volunteered, appointed by the Commanding Officer to serve as an information link between command leadership and all Viper families. I look forward to meeting all of you at various command events in the future. A Brief Snapshot of Elyse Capps' Navy Experience
Elyse has been a navy wife for 4 years. Her husband is AD2(AW/SW) Patrick Capps. They have been married since Nov. 2008. They have been at HSL-48 since Feb. 2010. She is from Callahan, Florida. She met her husband while he was stationed at NAS Jax.
